Improve.IT Pty Ltd is a joint venture between two Australian companies – Unlimited Quality Systems Pty Ltd, and Computer Training Enterprises Pty Ltd.
Using combined Health, Education, Human Resource and Information Technology experience of over 50 years, this company has developed a product designed to address the ever-increasing demand for evidence in continuous improvement and the need to capture organisational knowledge.
Improve.IT Pty Ltd has adapted the K.I.S.S. principle: Keep Innovating Simple Systems
Our flagship product, "Improve.IT", is named after the company. It is a user-friendly database that organises and manages information and evaluation proactively. The database has been field tested in eight facilities over a two-year development phase in Australia and the South Pacific. In all organisations, it has demonstrated significant reductions in time and resources dedicated to quality and accreditation. It also possesses the ability to record risks associated with organisational activities.
It also assists organisations track where improvements are coming from and how they are progressing. Whatever quality cycle an organisation subscribes to, or whatever external or internal review process is involved, Improve.IT® can be tailored to link with any standards.
The web version of Improve.IT was launched in 2003 and quickly became our most popular version because it eliminates the need for on-site IT support and backup; it is accessible from any PC with internet access which makes it ideal for remote or multi-location organisations. The web version also has a wide range of login types so access can be restricted, if required.
