User Guide
Our User Guide is available to all registered Users of ImproveIT. It contains complete instructions on setting up and using ImproveIT and often many common questions are explained there.

Quick Start Guide
To enable you to work more quickly with ImproveIT, we have written a one-page Quick Start Guide containing keyboard shortcuts and hints. This is also available to all registered users.

Telephone Support
We provide telephone help desk service Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm EDST. Please call 02 9483 2555.

E-mail requests may be sent at any time and will be responded to by the next business day. We will allocate priority to all help desk e-mails as follows:

I've forgotten my password.
Please use the password recovery tool by clicking here.

I exited ImproveIT by closing the browser and now I can't log back in.
ImproveIT has built in security features to guard your data. If there is no immediate rush, wait 20 minutes and you will be able to log back in. If there is an urgent requirement to access your data, Please contact 02 9483 2555 for the lock to be released.

Why do I have to change my password every thirty days?
This is another security feature built into ImproveIT.

How long does my password have to be?
A minimum of eight (8) characters.
